    Այո ժողովուրդ, բառին բուն իմաստով թող ամչնան:

  Թող ամչնան, որովհետեւ իրենք՝ հաւանօրէն աշխարհասփիւռ Հայութեան յոյսն ու պաշտպանը ներկայացնող Հայաստանի ներկայ իշխանութիւնները, անգիտակցաբար կը նպաստեն հակահայ քաղաքականութեան եւ զայն աջակից կ՛ըլլան:

      Թող ամչնան, որովհետեւ իրենց անձնական շահերն ու «առասպել» դառնալու միտումները կը գերադասեն ազգային պետական շահերուն:

     Թող ամչնա՛ն, որ իրենք, սահմանի բացման համար՝ որը անօրէնութեամբ փակուած էր Թուրքիոյ կողնէ, միակողմանի եւ ի նպաստ Թուրքիոյ ազգային շահերուն զիջումներ կ՛ընեն:

     Թող ամչնա՛ն, որ Հայաստանի մէջ 21-րդ դարին տակաւին կան մարդիկ, նաեւ քաղաքական գործիչներ որոնք հրապարակաւ եւ յամառօրէն կ՛ընդունին ներկայիս Հայաստանի եւ Թուրքիոյ սահմանները:

     Թող ամչնա՛ն, որովհետեւ արդէն կասկածի ու տարակոյսի տակ դրած են Հայոց ձեղասսպանութիւնը՝ այդ արձանագրութիւներուն մէջ գլխաւոր եւ հիմնական տեղ գտած հայտնի «պատմական իրադարձութիւնները ուսումնասիրելու» միջկարավարական հանձնաժողովի ստեղծմանը համաձայնելով:

     Այլեւս ամչցէ՛ք, որ մի քանի ամսուան ընթացքին ջուրի պէս կը շոգիացնէք Հայ դատի տասնամեակներ տեուած յաջողութիւնները եւ կը խափանէք ու կը դժուարացնէք Հայ Դատի եւ մեր իրաւունքներու միջազգային հետապնդումը:

    Լսեցէ՛ք Հայ ժողովուրդին, սփիւռքահայութեանը եւ Հայ Դատը հետապնդող կազմակերպութիւններու զայրոյթին, եւ մի՛ բաւարարուիք միջազգային հանրութեան՝ մանաւանդ ԱՄն-ի Ֆրանսայի եւ Ռուսիոյ դրական արձականքներուն:Այլեւս սկսածենք նախանձիլ թրքական քաղաքականութենէն, իսկ զզուիլ ու հիասթափուիլ վերջերս մեր նոր իշխանութեան արտագին քաղաքականութենէն:

Զայրացած ու հիասթափուած է ամբողջ սփիւռքը: Զայրացած է այն հայը՝ որու մօտ առաջնային է ազգային շահը ու պահանջատէր է Թուրքիոյ նկատմամբ: Իսկ անբարոյ է այն հայը, որ ազգային շահերը, մեր հողային պահանջը, Ղարաբաղի անկախ Հանրապետութիւնն ու մեր անկեղծ ժողովուրդի արժանապատուութիւնը վաճառականութեան առարկայ կը դարձնէ:
